4 Savoiardi

2x Apples

2 tsp Sugar

Juice of 1 Lemon

0.5 tsp Cinnamon

0.5 tsp Vanilla Paste

300 ml Double Cream - whipped 



Place the apples into a pot and add cinnamon, vanilla paste, lemon juice and sugar. Strew until soft and remove from the heat.


In a seperate bowl add the cream to the bowl and whip until stiff or until the desired consistency has been reached.


Layer the Savoiardi pieces into a glass and take a spoonful of the apple mixure and layer ontop, then follow with cream and repeat the process until the jar is full.


Serve and enjoy!
