  • 1 Packet Arden & Amici Millefoglie
  • 200 ml Double Cream
  • 200 ml Ready-made Custard
  • 150g mixed berries i.e.Strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries and red currants.
  • Icing sugar to dust
  • Frosted Red currants to decorate (optional)



Whip the double cream to form firm peaks and fold in the custard.  


Spread one piece of the millefoglie with half of the cream and custard mixture and place one third of the mixed berries on top.


Place another layer of the pastry on top and spread with the remaining cream and custard mixture followed by another third of the fruit.


Place a third piece of pastry on top and decorate with the remaining fruit and dust with icing sugar.


If you wish to frost the red currants, very lightly whip an egg white, then dip the currants into this and then into caster sugar. Place on a sheet of baking parchment to dry before using to decorate.
